Wayne was great! He and his assistant replaced two of our ducts that a cat peed in. The smell was awful and I wasn’t sure what could be done. They were super fast and now I can turn on the AC without the house smelling. What a relief. Great service. Thanks guys!

Josh and Eddie came by within 45 minutes of may calling about service in my area. They drove over from a Los Altos call and were already at my home as I drove up from work. Apparently my 30 foot long dryer exhaust venting was very plugged up and, after a clean-out, the dryer works like a champ. Thanks guys! Great job…and all in 35 – 40 minutes.

Wayne performed a dryer vent cleaning for us. He was able to schedule us the very next day after I called, and showed up right on time. The job took about 30 minutes from start to finish.

I was delighted to see that he uses Square from his mobile phone for credit/debit payments, so no hassle with writing down my cc numbers or invoicing me at a later date. In one minute, I had paid my bill and received both an emailed copy of the service/bill and a paper one.

Definitely recommend Elos.

He did a great job. Gave a straightforward quote on the phone. Was flexible with schedule and came on time and was very professional. The air in our house feels wayyyyy cleaner now.

ELOS just left and I have to say I am very pleased with the work. They showed up on time, polite young men, very informative and answered all of my questions. They cleared my dryer vent, drained some water that had built up, and installed an exterior lint screen. I am very happy and will use them again!

Yesterday, we contact Elos via telephone by searching for an Air Duct service through Yelp reviews. They scheduled a next day cleaning for my house for two return vents, nine air vents and one dryer vent. Just over a year ago, we contact COIT to do an Air Duct service and we were VERY disappointed after we received such an exceptional service from Elos.

Wayne, the owner was very knowledgeable, honest, prompt, and does not up sale his service/products. Wayne and his Assistant, Steve worked diligently to get the vent done correctly and clean. Steve even crawled inside the return vent to make sure all the lent are completely gone. They use baby wipes to wipe down the vent covers and to ensure they do not scratch any of our vents. We will definitely contact Elos again for our future Air Duct Service. Furthermore, we are seriously thinking about purchasing the life time filters from Elos. OUTSTANDING SERVICE and deserve 5++ star.

I just had my air ducts and dryer vent cleaned today. These guys were very professional and explained everything they were doing. They took care to lay down rags, cover their shoes before walking in my house, and clean up any lingering dust and debris. They were on time and took their time cleaning everything. They even went above and beyond to clean off a dirty exhaust fan in our bathroom. The price was also much more reasonable than others we had spoken to; they charged me $35 per vent. I highly recommend ELOS duct cleaning, especially Eddie and Jerry.

Elos came in to clean my dryer duct. I had another company come in to do this job previously, but they used a vacuum to do the cleaning which broke the duct and clogged the duct with insulation. Elos came in and fixed the duct and cleaned it properly / safely using a blower (not a vacuum). I highly recommended Elos.

I called several of the top providers on YELP for what I suspected was a disconnected vent due to the horrible smell coming into my home, but no one could respond until Friday and it was Monday! I got prices all over the map, some would charge just to come out and determine if they could help me. I felt discouraged. Then I decided to go further down the list and starting reading the glowing reviews on ELOS and gave them a call. Here it is Tuesday at 1pm and I am sitting in a clean and fresh smelling home free of any odor because they made time for me. Eddie and Josh were both kind, professional and skilled. I knew they were going to be good when I went to get my mail and I saw how clean and organized their truck was (LOL). Long story short, Eddie determined that the ducting to 1 vent in my master bedroom had become disconnected so he reconnected it securely with tie wraps and screwed in into the sheetmetal duct it was connected to so it’s not going anywhere. Not sure why the installer only used tape? Then I decided that 10 years was a long time to go without cleaning and especially since the system had been open due to the disconnected duct so they thoroughly cleaned each vent plus my furnace and dryer. I am grateful and completely satisfied with their service in every way. These guys know their craft and teach you what they are doing along the way. Most important, they are honest and trustworthy and I could tell they really cared about me and my predicament. I will be sharing ELOS with everyone I know. ELOS stands for Everyone Loves Our Service and now I know why. You won’t be sorry, they are the real deal.

I did laundry yesterday. The clothes were in the dryer and I realized something was wrong. The dryer was wet. I checked dryer vent exhaust outside, there was no air coming out. I started calling for a repair service at 11:00 am. I called an appliance repair I found on yelp. They referred me to Elos. They were able to come right away. The two gentlemen were great. The air ducting was reattached. The work was completed in 30 minutes.
