Called them today and they were at my house in 20 minuets. Told me all about the process and did all 10 of my vents in a hour. (Look at the pictures. It needed to be done)If you are looking to have your air vents clean,call this company. You will not regret it.

I called Wayne, who was referred to me by another trade professional, and he was able to come out within an hour and cleared the entire duct. Wayne also provided me with some tips and recommendations on how to prevent this issue from happening again.

Wayne, the owner was available to squeeze me in for an appointment the same day and said the job shouldn’t take longer than an hour! Wayne arrived at the time he confirmed and had the job done quickly. Wayne is very nice, professional and provided reasonable pricing. I would recommend contacting ELOS if you need any HVAC or duct cleaning services for your home. Customer service and communication was great!

I received excellent service from Wayne and his crew. I had him clean out our air ducts plus our dryer vent. He explained everything he was doing in thorough detail, showed me the results of what was siphoned from my ducts (both large scale and fine particulates) and gave me great tips on what to look for on a proper running dryer.

ELOS arrived on time, gave me a solid time estimate for job completion and got the job done in a very professional manner including doing a quick check of my furnace which they did not charge for. Elos came to clean our vents this past weekend and we were extremely impressed with their work. Josh was knowledgeable and walked us through every part of the process. I could tell right away that Josh was passionate about the craft which is very rare these days. I loved that he wiped down the wheels on the machine before he brought it through the house. I cannot recommend their services enough and will be passing their information on to our friends.

Elos just cleaned all the air ducts in our house, and we were very pleased with the service from beginning to end. Quick response time, easy to schedule and an efficient job on site, including helpful tips on filters. The owner is very pleasant to deal with and the cost was reasonable. We will definitely use Elos again!

Regarding the review that dinged them on abestos-most if not ALL older homes here in California have asbestos around air ducts/heaters etc.Wayne explained how they do not disturb the asbestos and rest assure nothing “friable” will be released into your home. The cleaning is INSIDE the vents. We had a mouse infestation & pest company advised us to clean out air ducts/vents. In our previous house we had one of those bait & switch duct cleaning companies that tried to upsell us everything – deodorizers, toxic cleaners etc. Didn’t want to go through a shady company like that again people on Next-door.com swore by ELOS so I called them.

They came out & cleaned out all our air ducts/registers. They also discovered a problem with our main register with a cover that didn’t fit well so it wasn’t allowing air to flow correctly. I told them to go ahead & install a new one and wow, looks so much better! They also cleaned out the dryer vent and they explained how to tell when it’s time to clean it out again.

I’m very happy with the service from ELOS and highly recommend this ethical, thorough company!

I called yesterday and Wayne was able to squeeze me in the next day. Ed called on the day of the appointment and said that he was ahead of schedule and asked if he could come early, which was fine. He quickly assessed the situation, located the outside vent in our neighbor’s side yard and was able to clean out all the debris in our dryer vent from the outside vent only. He was thorough and he vacuumed up all the debris. He was done in fifteen minutes. Thank you, Elos, for cleaning out the vent and restoring our dryer to its efficient self.
